TriHealth Purchases Kenwood Medical Office Building in Sycamore Township Cincinnati for Over $43 Million

TriHealth bought a 114,000 SF Kenwood medical office building in Sycamore Township for over $43 million. Bethesda Hospital Inc. acquired the property from Clous Road Partners on January 15. TriHealth physicians previously leased space in the facility, which is now owned by the healthcare system.

A Cincinnati healthcare system has completed a substantial real estate acquisition in the northeastern suburbs. Bethesda Hospital Inc., operating under the TriHealth umbrella, purchased a 114,000 SF medical office building in Sycamore Township’s Kenwood district for more than $43 million on January 15.

Clous Road Partners sold the property to TriHealth, which had previously leased physician office space within the complex. This ownership transition gives TriHealth direct control over a facility where its medical staff already maintained operations.

TriHealth represents one of Greater Cincinnati’s major private hospital operators and ranks as the region’s third-largest employer. Converting leased medical space to owned assets can provide healthcare organizations with long-term cost advantages and greater operational flexibility.

Kenwood has emerged as a significant healthcare corridor within Hamilton County, attracting multiple providers to serve the area’s growing population. According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, the deal closed in mid-January.
