20,000 SF Overhaul Gives Foxborough Neurology and Infusion Center Its First Unified Clinical Home

Timberline Construction Corp. completed a 20,000 SF interior renovation of a two-story medical office building at 18 Washington St. in Foxborough, MA for the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England, doubling the center’s clinical footprint.

A Foxborough medical practice has completed a full-scale interior renovation that reorganizes its clinical operations across a newly configured two-story building, expanding both patient-facing services and back-of-house functions for the first time under a single address.

Neurology and Infusion Center of New England, led by founder and medical director Dr. Salvatore Napoli, now occupies a purpose-built outpatient environment at 18 Washington St. following a 20,000 SF renovation of an existing medical office building. General contractor Timberline Construction Corp. delivered the project in collaboration with architect The Colwell Group and owner’s project manager Ed Zielinski.

The ground floor accommodates a dedicated infusion center, physical therapy areas, exam rooms and administrative offices. Upper-floor space adds exam room capacity alongside a research suite designed to support ongoing clinical studies without disrupting daily operations. The consolidated layout brings all of the center’s services together for the first time, replacing a configuration that had previously limited service delivery.

Scope beyond the interior buildout included mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination appropriate for a modern healthcare facility, sewer infrastructure work and a full roof replacement installed over the existing structure.
