The property demonstrates strong tenant commitment with 87.83 percent occupancy and all six medical tenants extending their leases since 2023. The diverse, credit-oriented tenant base includes OrthoUnited, Trinity Hospital, Retina Associates of Cleveland and Aultman Hospital. The building features Triple-Net lease structures that minimize landlord responsibilities.
